Vegas Wild is constantly in touch with you. You can choose between two primary contact methods, functioning 24/7 in English:

  • Chat – click a blue message button in the bottom right to contact a manager;
  • Email – describe your issue in a letter to [email protected].

Which should you pick? If you have a minor issue or question, a chat will quickly help. In other cases, go with an email letter.

Although email appeals take more time, they allow you to attach files (like screenshots of bugs, etc.), which you must use. It will help a support team to find a solution for you faster.

Vegas Wild also has phone managers. However, you can only request them via chat or email for partnering offers or consultations on severe account issues.
